KNURLING TOOLS

Sharp-Rite’s Knurling Tools are engineered to “CUT”.  Most Knurling Tools merely “push” material as in cold forming, thus requiring heavy machining pressure.  These tools are also limited to soft materials with small work diameter.

Sharp-Rite Knurling Tools are aggressive, cut just about any machinable materials and are suitable for small and large diameter Knurling.

Specifications:

• Each knurling tool set includes 3 M42 Cobalt knurls #11 (1/8”), #13 (3/16”) and #15 (1/4”).
• Knurling wheel diameter - 2 x .725 x 5/8” bore.
• Knurling wheels are available from #9 to #19 (1/16 - 3/8”). Special sizes are available upon request.
• Shank size - 1-1/2” square x 6” long.
