Quality Control
Once the precision grinding process is complete, all parts or cutting tools are thoroughly inspected.
From the most basic calipers through complex optical comparator and surface quality measuring devices all dimensions and GD&T requirements are inspected for full compliance.

Surface Quality Inspection
The Mitutoyo surface test instrument traces the surface of the machine part and calculates the surface roughness.
This tester is capable of measuring surface roughness up to Ra 0.01µm which satisfies most of our present demands.
For special inspection reports with measured data we can print and submit with finished parts.

Profile Comparator
Quick and versatile, the comparator is used frequently to check if profiles match perfectly.
Our comparator is used to measure fillet radiuses, ball nose tools and different angles on custom tapered tools or machined parts.

Visual Gage Comparator
Capable of measuring in increments of 0.00005" this gage is used to check external dimensions: width, thickness, height, diameters, taper, out of round and runout.
Very precise and conveniently used this gage eliminates any reading error that may occur in the "conventional" measuring process. This precision measuring gage is ideal for high volume production parts runs with close dimensional tolerances.
