Standard Cutting Tools
Many tools are generally called "standard catalog tools" but their geometry is not the same.
The difference in geometry is the manufacturer's "trademark" and all these features make the tool unique. This is the reason why resharpening is a difficult and complex process.
We have strived to ensure your tools are reground to the original geometry. Our state-of the art 5axis CNC Walter tool and cutter grinder gives us this assurance.
Sharp-Rite specializes in resharpening HSS and solid carbide tools produced by all the top tool manufacturers:
Kennametals, Hertel, Sandvik, Sumitomo, Garr, Niagra Tools
We maintain, and constantly upgrade any necessary software and hardware needed to resharpen any of the following HSS and Carbide tools:
  End Mills - Drills - Spade Drills - Ballnose tools - Side Face Cutters
Shell Reamers - Roughing Cutters - Taps - Annular Cutters
Reamers - Counter Sinks - Corner Round End Mills etc.		  

Custom Tools
Not all tools can be manufactured or reground economically using a CNC grinding machine.
Our line of manual tool and cutter grinding machines and fixturing set ups enables us to deliver custom tools needed, including one of's, at a reasonable cost.
All tooling will be manufactured as per supplied drawing. Our in house engineering staff would be happy to create a drawing if required. We can also offer design recommendations, or work with you to achieve the right tool for your specifications.
By ensuring our quality work to tolerances of ±0.0002" or better we are certain that all your demands will be met.
