Many of our projects require EDM work. Especially for those irregular and odd shaped parts, where grinding is simply not the solution.

As part of our future plans to be more diversified, the addition of our new Wire EDM machine enables us to keep end user costs to a minimum. Our goal is to complete all projects in house.

We also have an EDM Drill Machine

A simple but necessary piece of support equipment to compliment our new Wire EDM.

This machine is capable of drilling small holes in hardened materials, including carbide. Not only can we drill the hard materials, but it's incredibly quick! Yes, we can even drill out some of those nasty broken taps!!
