Surface Quality
Inspection
The Mitutoyo surface test instrument traces the surface of the machine part and calculates the surface roughness. This tester is capable of measuring surface roughness up to Ra 0.01µm which satisfies most of our present demands.
Visual Gauge
Comparator
Capable of measuring in increments of 0.00005" this is used to check external dimensions: height, thickness, and out of round. This gauge eliminates any reading error that may occur in the "conventional" measuring process. This precision measuring gauge is ideal for high volume production parts runs with close dimensional tolerances.
